The Heart of This Ministry

At St. Bartholomew’s, ministry with children, youth, and families is a core expression of our shared life in Christ. This role is about nurturing faith, building belonging, and helping young people grow into compassionate, justice-minded followers of Jesus.

We are an inclusive parish that celebrates diversity and welcomes children, youth, and families of all kinds — including LGBTQ+ individuals and families — within a community that honors a wide range of theologies, lived experiences, and family structures.

This ministry exists so that young people and their families are formed in faith, connected in community, and empowered to live as followers of Jesus in the church and in the world.
