Also, all three groups meet together at Amerson House on the Second Sunday of the month for breakfast, music, games, prayer, and activities together. ALL YOUTH GATHERINGS - 2nd Sundays of Each month
Beginning with BREAKFAST at 9:00am (note the earlier time, breakfast served at Amerson House)

We combine Rite-13, J2A & YAC on the Second Sunday of each month, for an extended time of games, music, Bible study, prayer, conversation and hanging out with friends from the other groups. This year, we'll stay at Amerson House through the first part of the 10:30 Eucharist (doing our own version of the readings, music, sermon and prayers) and then will join the rest of the congregation at the Offertory, just like Children's chapel.

ALL YOUTH!!  POOL PARTY & BASEMENT CLEAN-UP
Okay—so probably only half of that sounds like fun, but we will make the work quick so we can get down to swimming! Saturday, August 30, 5pm - Meet us in the basement of St. Bart’s  We will spend an hour or so cleaning the basement, getting it ready for yard sale donations.

Then, we will load up in the St. Bart’s van and head out to Lilburn - where Meg Cook and Mary White live. They have graciously reserved the pool in their community for our youth only—lifeguard included! We will have dinner together, and swim for a couple of hours.

Come work and play with us! Make a splash!!  Registration forms are available on the youth bulletin board in the Commons, or contact Sharon at Sharon@stbartsatlanta.org

YOUTH AND PARENTS RALLY DAY COOKOUT

All youth and parents are invited to a cookout after the 10:30 a.m. liturgy on Sunday, September 7 in Wardens' Hall and outside.  Hosted by the Journey to Adulthood leaders, we invite you to come and celebrate the begining of the second year in the cycle of classes.  We will have an informal meeting to talk about what is coming up for the youth this year, and have calendars to share.  Look forward to seeing everyone on Rally Day!  Questions: Sharon at Sharon@stbartsatlanta.org or call the church office.

Parish Weekend
Camp Mikell Magic just might happen to you during our parish weekend! Building on the theme of Celtic Spirituality and God in creation, we will meet God in a variety of ways – from a creek walk, a hike to the cross, making musical instruments, and a dramatic reading of the creation story from Genesis. Sharon Hiers and the youth committee will host and chaperone the weekend. Youth are invited to stay in the youth dorms!!
